Need Some Trading Advice

Need some advice...

I am thinking of trading trucks and dont really know what good i am doing... here goes..

I have a 99 Z71 Red, 5.3 4X4 LS, 65000 miles in the floor(not auto)

it does have and automatic tranny, basically your base package it has been run ALOT on gravel roads, and the front end is starting to make a popping sound, dont sound good. ;)

What i am looking at:

99 Z71 LT Green, 5.3 Auto 4X4 76000 miles, This one has everything, including heated leather seats, rear defroster, and flowmasters I think the miles are mostly highway, i am going to check the hours on it today. get to drive it again

Whats the best way to go?

personally i am leaing toward a trade. because i like the green and the leater, plus the flowmasters.

Sounds like a pretty good trade to me, but maybe I'm reading into this too much, but why would someone trade a full loaded model for a stock model??? Granted you have fewer miles but not by much???

If this trade is anything but straight across, i. e. no more money exchanged by you, it isn't worth it. The other truck has less miles but more options. It basically equals out. Especially when both trucks are WAY over the average per year mileage as given in the NADA book.
