Heat

Now that it is cold out and heat is needed.

Does anyone besides me feel that all the heat in these new trucks is directed directly into your face.

It seems my feet could be warmer and my face feels like the heat is blowing right at it.

Sure isn't like my 97.

I tried some cardboard blocking on that big vent right in the center of the dash.  It seems to push more heat out the sides and the feet vents.  But, I'll have agree w/ you that it does blow it right in your face and not enough on your feet.

The heat is powerful.  I ususally after awhile have to put on some cold air cause i start sweating

 

try turning your knob to the defrost itll blow less at you

I agree.  It seems worse with the crewcab than it was in the excab but I don't know why...  the heater is powerful though

I can't seem to get the temp just right.  On one detent it's too cold, on the next one it's too hot.  Had the same problem in my '99.  I know, I should have sprung for the auto climate control, right?
