Ok I know everybody pushes the custom tunes. I have never tried one but if they are alot better than what I purchased they must be AMAZING.

It's been on 30 min and I'm satisfied. I am installing a lift kit and bigger tires in a couple of weeks. I mainly wanted to be able to adjust for speedo being off. I must be one of the weird people that was fairly satisfied with how my truck ran. I hate running premium due to cost . I don't even run premium in my v8 sblazer. Belive me when I say i like power. And the difference between my little blazer and this truck is night and day, but my honey drive this all the time. As a mechanic. I checked on hp tuners and edit and stuff. Way to much temptation for me I have a hotrod already and plan on a on a asphalt race car in the next 2 yrs or so.

And now for the review. It's great. I have no complaints. I found a fantastic price on it and free shipping. (pm me if any one wants to know where) I installed at lunch and went for a spin. I got up to the speed where the truck has the most problem accelerating (65) It has never had alot o power at that speed. you could punch it and it would take off but it would only creep up if you slowly sped up. Now it just starts picking up speed. very smooth. So drove back and modified the 91 tune. I cranked the timing and fuel the rest the way up from their "performance tune" 20% fuel 15% timing. raised rev limit and test drove again. No ping, fuel trims looked good.

Seat of the pants feel is better. I haven't adjusted the tranny yet and won't until the new tires are on, but it shifts better now also. Results may vary.
