Tire Question

Anyone know anything about Firestone Destination AT tires ? I saw them today at my local Firestone dealer. 305-70-16..whole set with tax and all is 616.00 with a 50,000 mile warranty. I would like the bigger size but they have Bridgestone Dueler 285s for 650.00...I never could get the guy to come out and tell me if there were really any difference in the tires except for the size. I was wondering cause the bigger size is about 45.00 cheaper. But the Destination 305s look like a tuff tire.. they both come with 50000 mile warranty. Any input is appreciated..

I've Had the Dueler and they were great, will buy them for my 04 when time comes.

 

Not sure about the destination's but the Dueler is a Truck rated Tire, the side walls are stronger and can handle the weight of your truck

read reviews at tirerack, it should give you an idea of how other people feel about them.

 

i have the destination le's and they're great tires. my truck drives alot better then it did with the stock goodyears.
