Please help with p/n's

I have found someone who has two sets of rear pewter flares.  They have sent me the p/n's to verify if they will fit a 2000 Suburban.  

 

Can anyone help, the numbers are 15743193 left rear, 15064054 right rear, 15743191 left rear, 15743192 right rear.

 

These are from Canada and I do not know if the numbers differ from there to here, but I would like to buy these if they will work on my Suburban.  They are already painted pewter and I would not have to mess with any of that.

 

Does anyone know if Silverado flares will fit a Suburban?

The flairs are definatly different on the Tahoe because part of the flare actually attches to the rear door skin.

 

On the "burb" I don't know.  I'm sure the fronts are the same between the "burb" and the pickup, but I don't know if the rear sheet metal has the same curves as the truck...

 

GMpartsdirect has the same front part number between the truck and burb but the rears is a different part number between the two.

The Sub flares won't work on the pick-up's.  I remember a guy ordering a set from gmpartsdirect.com and accidentally ordering a set for the Sub.  I think he said the part of the fender behind the rear wheels were different.
