Hmmmm,

Interesting to see some empirical data to support what I've long suspected.

I don't necessarily disagree with lowering the legal BAC limit - there's WAY too many people that drive drunk anyway . Of course, lowering the legal limit doesn't necessarily increase enforcement.

As for mothers on cell phones - AMEN!

The worst I saw was a woman driving a minivan, cell phone in one hand, cig. in the other and at least one kid in the back. I wanted to cut her off and brake-check her just to teach her a lesson, I refrained, wouldn't want to hurt the child...

Definitely interesting to see what people do in cars. Way back in high school- aka before the big cell phone kick, I saw a guy with the morning paper spread wide open across his lap and the steering wheel reading away

Saw this last week on I-95 in the middle of the afternoon. For some reason the guy couldn't keep his little white beemer in his lane, until the horn blew. Glad I was in the pickup that day and not on the bike.

Heck ive even seen people reading a book while going down the interstate, girls putting on there make-up and yes ive seen the reading the newspaper thing too.
