Has anyone used JBA's Catforward headers on their 5.7L trucks.  Are they worth getting?

Okaaaay... what about 5.3, 6.0, 8.1, or even 4.3 engines?.../anybody???... Is this thing on? :dupe:

Yep...

Got 'em on my 8.1

Love 'em, and I have no desire to take them off. Great mid/high RPM range. Excellent addition to stock intake and heads for increased towing power.

RAD,

Have you had any problems with the JBA? I am looking into installing a set onto my 8.1. I had a set on a 1990 model truck that I wasn't happy with. They always loosened up on me and they always seemed to leak around the collectors.

I don't have any problems or leakage on the 8.1. Snug-N-Tight with no leakage. :dupe:

I have had that problem of leakage with JBA in the past but, that was on my LT1 Firebird and JBA solved that issue.

I have a set of JBA headers. Excellent fit. By the way -- a set of Stage 8 locking header bolts will solve all loosening up problems.

Just ordered some Titanium/ceramic ones, i hope they work as well as they cost!!

You'll be pleased I'm sure. They really are a great addition and have come a long way.

The titanium coating will help keep engine heat down. Wise choice.

If you need an insider for JBA, I'll be more than happy to assist you. They are local down here in San Diego and I have a few friends working there along with the owner.

Just PM me if needed.

Let us know what you think about your new headers.
