Serpentine Belt Relacement

I am planning to replace my serpentine belt on my 1999 GMC Sierra with a 4.8L. My local autoparts store has 2 different size belts depending on what alternator I have. One belt fits a 100 & 105 amp altenator and the other fits a 130 amp altenator. How do I determine the amperage output of my specific altenator? I've looked at the altenator & do not see anything that references what size it is. The altenator is stamped with Delphi Automotive Systems on the front. that's about all I can see.

HI, check your RPO codes...the label in the glove box. Look for a K68. That would represent a 105 amp alternator.
