What is the differance between the 60 automatic trany and the 65 automatic trany in the 04-06 trucks?

I seen at the dealer the new Max engine and the sticker said it had a 65 HD trany.

Can the 04 60 be upgraded to the 65?

I couldn't tell you the physical differences without laying out each part side by side and making a comparison, and then I doubt it would be something that's obvious.
