Power Locks

I have a 2003 Silverado 2500 HD 4X$ Crew Cab. The rear doors will lock electrically but not unlock eletrically. I have checked the settings in the computer and it is set right. My friend says a lock actuator is out but it seems odd that both doors are not working and that both actuators would go out at the same.

Any ideas are most appreciated.

  Didn't I read where if Gm does the valve body on the "Allison", you get a 10yr/150k warranty? Kinda wish mine has a minor blip around 24k. Get a free trans service, and a pile of warranty.
