Interior Question

Just wondering if anyone has taken out all the seats and lifted up the carpet in a 2004 or similar Silverado and how hard is it to do? I have to run new wires for some emergency lights the correct way. Right now I have them temporarily run under the sill plates and connected to the battery. I figure the seats will probably come out with just 4 bolts each, but is the trim and whatnot just able to be pulled off? I already broke 1 tab on the "A-Pillar" trim piece trying to carefully remove it. It looks like it was a 1 time fasten deal. There isnt even a clip holding it, but a plastic "plug" that is molded into the trim piece. Pretty cheap. Anyway...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, is there something called a "bung" hole or plug in the firewall that I can pop out or drill out and run the wires through? Thanks again.

I might be trying this also, I looked at my seats and there is a few wire plugs going to them, one on the drivers side and there is one BIG harness on the passenger side, I think this part of the airbag system.

I also have LED's connected to mine, so that's more to remove for me.

What kind of LEDS do you have setup inside? And do you have any pictures? I'd like to change out the curteousy lights with LED versions eventually, but I have to get some other stuff done first. Lots of wiring and custom mounting for a Uniden Bearcat 780 XLT in the center console. (Hello Dremel Tool).
