Dually bed rail caps

I have a 2004 Chevy Crewcab Dually, I installed a PaceEdwards electric bed cover on it. But it does not cover the square holes on the bed rail caps. Does anyone know where I can get a cover or a plug that will fit in the hole? I tried to buy new bed rails without the holes, but because it is a dually, it is different than a standard bed. I need something flat so it does not interfere with the bed cover. When it rains water goes in the holes. Help!

The first thing that popped into my head were these, they fold down flush when not in use. The link shows them for a sportside box but I'm pretty sure I've seen them around for standard box stake pockets (I'd think they would be the same anyway.. ). Looking closer, it looks like they don't mount completely flush with the top of the bed rail and I'm not sure how well they would keep water from seeping into the bed through the stake pocket...

 

Just an idea, might be worth a look...
