Silverado 1500 Leveling

I have a 2wd Silverado 1500 regular cab and i was wondering how i could level the front and back. Ive heard talk about adjusting the torsion bar and buying torsion keys but which one should i do? Id really like to have the ride height equal just because it looks better and id also like to have larger tires. If yall could help me out that would be awesome. Thanks.

well, since you have a 2wd, you don't have torsion bars. Your only option is to drop the rear end with some drop shackles if you want to level it out. I don't know about getting the larger tires though...

I'm kind of late to reply, but for my truck, my brother just put something (bushings, I believe) in the front, which evened out its height with the back.

Those are what I'll be using. However, I sure as hell won't be getting them from that site. They want to charge me $42 for shipping to Hawaii. For 7 pounds of shipping weight? C'mon!

 

Anyhow, I've looked at every option available and yeah if you want to level out a 2WD without dropping the over-all ride height those are your best bet.

 

Edit: I just realized you said regular cab. I may be wrong, but I think I have heard some of the earlier years regular cab 2WD did have the torsion bar IFS. So, you may have the option of torsion keys. So, definitely depends on your front suspension type. But, if you have coils what I listed above will work for ya.
