Anyone have an idea when we might see some rebates on the new 07 Sierras? I want to order one, but it looks like MSRP is roughly the going price. Ouch!

Mind breaking down the $6k discount ? Invoice should be about $3,000 less than sticker. Where did the other $3,000 discount come from ?

excuse me, i found my build sheet and the msrp was actually 36,630, and the price i paid was like 32,4something. But i still consider that to be one hell of a deal, i think the 36,000 wasn't a bad deal for the truck i'm getting.

The only thing i wish i would have ordered but didn't was the sunroof, mine also has the cloth bench seats which saved like 800dollars, not to mention i like the cloth a whole lot more, and it dosen't crease and look like poo. I just can't wait till it get's in. And as far as how i got the price break, me and my dad were originally going to trade in his 07 denali and him just get a loaded out sierra, and i would order mine, i explained this to my dealer, and he told me he would get my truck ordered for 500 over invoice if we did the deal, however, my dad started likeing the denali a whole lot, so he kept it. A few weeks later the dealer called me back, and i explained that my dad was going to keep his denali, and i asked if he would still order my truck for the 500 over invoice and he agreed. The guy has been very pleasent to deal with throughout the whole deal, and hopefully everything else will go as smoothly as it has been. Good luck, the dealers are probably going to be a little tight on these trucks for a while because there aren't too many available, but they will loosen up.

ordered an 07 extended cab 6.0 LTZ on 26 Dec and it was listed at 38 and change and I got it at invoice. Dealer is also putting a linex bed liner in and a pace edward hard top cover at cost. Plus the other day I got a GM "privat offer" for $1000 in the mail for being a loyal GM customer. I called the dealer and he said he would honor it. Can't wait for the truck.
