Trying to contact Jesse at wait4me,he does not answer and all I get is his answering machine.I sure want a tune,is he that busy or out of town?

It would be easier to email him. I did hear that he was going to be out of town, but I think that was a few days/weeks ago.

i just got my tune in the mail from him on wed. Got it in and love it!

 

As for contacting him, My first email i sent to him, he didnt contact me back for about 2-3 days... then after that it seemed like he was quicker sending back and fourth..

Don't wait4him....get the Diablo Predator, much better product, user programmable.

You are completly wrong , a hand held will not compare to what wait4me can do and it is twice the money for the hand held,worse Jessie will tune a second auto for 50.00 your hand held won't even tune a second auto.

Let's see.....I can make 100's of modifications with my programmer without the hassels of sending my computer in to be reprogrammed, I can switch it back to stock anytime I want. It will also scan and clear codes. It will also show data in "real time" as you drive, too many more options to list here................let's see your "waitlongtime4me" tuner do any of those !!

Your beating a dead horse and you do not even know it. Your tuner is not as good as a tune from Jessie, And you can get a tune shipped to your door with a replacement PCM for 158.10 priority shipping.

 

I never have had an issue getting in touch with him, , his wife Hanna answers phone.

i emailed them two months ago to get info and i ve had mined tuned elsewhere and am still waiting. My opinion is they are not to reliable. Just my .2 cents.

All my emails were answered within 24-48 hours. I had my tune at my door in Canada in under 3 weeks and that was when he had just come back from vacation and was ultra busy.

I too like my Predator programmer. I run the 93 octane tune and it made a very noticeable difference. I wanted the ability to change from the performance tune back to stock and vice versa any time I wanted (such as when taking the vehicle in for service). As was mentioned I like the fact that you can check and clear codes as well as tweak dozens of other parameters. I agree that if your only priority is maximum performance then a custom tune will beat any handheld programmer currently available. If like me, you are looking for performance and versatility, then I think the Predator is a good buy.

Never a problem with contacting Jesse here. Turn around time for re-tunes are second to none. I dont have a bad thing to say about their service.

I too had excellent response from Jesse/Hanna.

I had my tune within 2 weeks from ordering and the reason it took so long as I requested he send it to my via USPS and not the 'high priced' UPS (UPS charges approx 35-50 in brokerage fees to deliver to Canada.....USPS does not).

 

Very happy with the tune.

Hi all,

I did talk to Jesse,what a fantastic guy,not only helped me with my personal tune but gave awesome performance upgrades that not only a powerplant upgrade but a money saver for my vehicle upgrades,meaning.....don't buy an intake or exhaust if you don't have good internal flow to accomadate it.I'm starting out with his tune and will later update my 496 cu.in. B.B. to unleash it as I can afford,and he will update the tune as I go....for free(less shipping).

 

I have not even recieved my tune yet,done alot of tune homework,and know I will not regret it....thx to all you guys that do reply with your posts about these type of upgrades.
