2007 Nbs Airbags?

Hey guys. Well my mom and my dad both got new chevys earlier this year, one is a Nbs silverado 1500, and the other is a Tahoe. When they 1st brought them home I had some of my buddies over and we started checking them out, and when looking at the front suspension we saw and felt what we all thought were airbags. All me and my friends are pretty well michanichly inclinded and we just werent sure exactly what they were, and it said nothing about airbags anywhere in the owners manuel, So if anybody knows exactly what they are please inform me, so I can quite wondering. I've never heard about air bags as part of the front suspension.... but i do know that the tahoe is offered with auto-ride which uses air bags and a compressor for ride control. Whether that was what you were looking at or not, i couldnt tell you.
