Well If anybody ever needs a trainhorn..I had a very good experience with them. Not as cheap as Ebay..But other than that i thought the prices are good. and they have complete kits..which is what i bought.

which train horn did you buy, I really want something that scares the s**t out of people when I lay on the horn

Man, you could have some fun with one of those. Get right behind somebody at a light that's on a cell phone and not paying attention. Wait until the light turns green, give them a second or 2 to move... then if they don't... hit the train horn! Man, that would probably scare the crap out of them AND totally make it worth the few seconds of your day they wasted by not paying attention because they can't put down the d**n cell phone.

which train horn did you buy, I really want something that scares the s**t out of people when I lay on the horn

I bought the 3 chime chrome ones..I bought them as a kit..but if I were to do it again i would have bought a seperate compressor so i could run more than 120 psi..I hooked it up to a tank with 200psi...OOOOOOOOOOO man does it scream then..but its a great horn otherwise.

O and I might tell you guys..Over here in california the cops are DICK HEADS..I got a $160 dollar ticket for it one time..Although I honked it as I was going by a cop, who happened to be sitting behing a building on the side of the road..just my luck I guess lol

heh ... i am wanting an oceanliner / fog horn type of one for my car ... not the higher pitched train horns...

 

tho it also would be fun to blare it at people at a train crossing while they are sneaking around the arms...

I listened to the sound online, and Im not sure if its locomotive enough, it seems off pitch.

try some of the big rig chrome shops or dealerships...we used to sell them!

 

I hear them horns all day long since we have a sign out front that says "honk if you love Peterbilts", some sound like s**t but most sound like a freaking freight train rolling down the interstate

Hornblasters is the best... guys are awesome to deal with.. i have the Nathan K3LA kit.. yeah its loud. lol... Only thing i suggest is to make sure the wire gauge you use for the compressor is at least 12.. they say 16.. well... ive had a lil melt down with that.. so dont go that way!!
