Mine is a 2006 3/4ton extended cab, 2wd 6.0L, with a 4L80, and G80 4.10 rear. It is a pretty bare bones LS, with dual climate AC, CD player, cruise control, cloth seats. It was stickered at about $29,000, and I got it out the door after tags and everything(active duty military don't pay sales tax in TN) for $21,000.

Sticker on my 05 Chevy Silverado LT Crew Z71 was $52,885 CDN. On the road I got it for $48,900 CDN...I then traded that in after only 18months on my new 07 GMC Sierra SLT Crew VMAX. Sticker on this truck was $52,185 CDN. On the road including accessories and a couple of grand lost on my other truck I paid $59,333 CDN. Alot of money for a 1/2 ton truck. You can probably pay that for a dodge HD diesel. Oh well you pay lot to have the best!!! :)

I don't remember the exact amount (it's pretty much irrelevant anyway given how many different options are available on these trucks), but I factory ordered and paid $500 over invoice for my 2007 NBS Sierra Crew 4wd with 6.0L and 4.10's. I've heard this was a little high, but a big factor for me was this dealer offered $6500 trade on my 1997 Chevy K1500 with 110k miles. Other dealers I talked to only would do $5000~5500.

Also, for whatever reason I was able to use all my GM card money even though the internet said I could only use $1000. That was a pleasant surprise.

For comparison:

I paid invoice (not a dime over) on my factory ordered truck (see sig). Invoice was $38,929. Loaded with everything except Nav, rear DVD, power adjustable pedals and rear park assist. My dealer gave me $11,500 for my 2000 GMC Sierra ext cab Z71 with 90K miles, in mint condition!!! "Bluebook: trade-in value was between 8K-9K. All of the dealers in my area only offered me 9K for it. I also received $2000 in rebates and got 0% for 36 months.

07 GMC Sierra, Ext Cab, 2WD, 5.3L, 3.73, SLT w/every option but NAV. Sticker was $34,970, paid Invoice (this was before rebates and special financing was offered), traded my 05 Nissan Frontier, so with no money down, minus trade, plus TTL, I paid $25,000 out the door. I was pretty happy because I got $4000 more for my trade than BlueBook Trade Value! I'm happy with the deal I got!
