Yet Another Newbie . . . From Nj

Hi all,

Just chiming in here to say hi. I picked up an 07 Silverado LT a month ago and am very pleased with the truck. My last truck (00 GMC Sierra) was leaps and bounds above my 95 Chevy and this new one is way past the 00. The ride is amazing for a truck.

I bought the truck in Florida since it seemed virtually impossible to find a nicely equipped 2wd pickup in NJ. 5.3, extended cab, LT2, Posi / 3.73, ebony leather, trailering package and fire engine red (I know that is not the correct color name, but that's what it is). I brought it home on the Auto train - it was kinda fun.

Will be posting about suspension lowering (sits way too high for a 2wd) but other than that, I like it more every day.
