Dealer has ordered mine. I am assuming it will be covered under the 36,000 mile warranty. If not there will be a fight.

I just talked to my dealer and he didn't even know about it. So he called me back and yes it on TSB and he told me to bring the truck in for a manager to see and decide if it's excessive. I'll take my in tomorrow and show him the lint ball that i'd collect them. And then if he decide it's excessive, they will order the parts and it'll take two day he said to complete. Will see

That's the way it should be handled IMO. Leave it to people that do it day in and day out. I had my boat redone two years ago and the local shop did a awesome job! Well worth the $..

So it's up to the manager to decide what's excessive and what isn't. That's seems odd to me. There's a TSB on it, just fix it... right?

I also had to had to drop mine off for the Service manger to look at.

The new covers are on order!

They gave me no time line as to when they will be in. But at least they are trying to address the issue. :D

My dealer ordered the parts once I notified him of the TSB. They did not need to see my truck. It should not matter to the dealer, as they are getting paid no matter what.

x2

It always pisses me off when dealers act like the expense is coming out of their own pockets...if it's a TSB, then fix it. Period.

I just want to know how different these things are going to look. It's hard to imagine that there is not one picture the dealer or anyone can provide...

my question is do all you guys have the buckets in the front or bench seats?

I have 2 bucket seats with a center console that can be flipped up for a third, very uncomfortable seat.
