Cargo Nets Short Bed Gmt900

Resurrecting an old post. I have an elastic "bungee" web-style bed net & hate it most of the time - it's usually a tangled mess that takes forever to deploy. It's also meant for a long -bed pickup.

BUT, once I get it installed, it's priceless - like yesterday when I hauled a load of old cardboard boxes to the recycling place. It would have taken me like 6 tie downs to keep it all in. But this one bed net did it.

I saw one once that had the corner hooks made out of a different color plastic - I'd find that very helpful.

I got mine from Wal-Mart years ago - an impulse buy.

I'd like to find one that is specifically made for the short bed trucks (mine has a 5'8" bed), and preferrably has some sort of scheme to prevent untamable tangles - like corner hooks out of different colors. (Hey, at least it gives me a fighting chance at getting it untangled!)

So - does anyone know where to find elastic-style bed nets / cargo nets made for short bed trucks?

don't know where to get one for the 5.75' box.

i had one years ago when i owned a toyota tacoma. i hated it. it was always a tangled mess of shit. i ended up throwing it away and just using ratcheting tie-downs and/or bungies. works just as well and saves you the hassle of untangling a bed web.

I bought the GM one and I'm very happy with it. I have the 'regular' bed, but the clips are all detachable, so you would just move them up a band or two. I haven't had any tangling (but I've only used it twice now). Once suggestion that I would make is to remove the clips when not it use. They seem to clip onto the webbing well, but I would be they could separate (when not in use) pretty easily.
