Engine Miss When Warm

Hi,

 

New to the forum and was hoping to get some help on an ongoing issue. I have a 96 GMC with 5.7. I recently replaced the engine with one from a 2000. Original had 192,000 and had a couple dead cylinders. I also had the tranny rebuilt at the same time. Truck runs great but occassionaly it will miss after it's warmed up and when sitting at a light or stop sign. When I take off, it's a little choppy, almost like it's loaded up, but smooths right out and is fine. Here's what I've done so far.

 

New

 

TPS

IAC

MAP sensor

plugs/wires/cap/etc.

 

Removed and cleaned the throttle body, it was pretty carboned up.

Cleaned MAF

Cleaned EGR

Cleaned air filter

 

To do:

 

Seafoam

Pressure test fuel system

replace fuel filter

 

Thoughts?

Crankshaft sensor maybe?(the one just behind your harmonic balancer on the bottom left)

Just a guess.
