I'm kind of up in the air about which ones to get. Its either this one Choice 1 or this one Choice 2 The second one is 50 dollars more so its really about the same. The only difference I can see is the first one is more of a oem replacement where the second one has the halo and projection lights. Is there any difference in the two. What are halo and projection lights. Can i Install both or are the second ones harder to install and need to splice into other wires etc. Does any one else have either of these? well i think thats all the questions for now.

My vote is for #1 also. I kinda like the projector style ones but I don't like the halo's and little led's on the side.

You can still see those shiny chrome 20's though! :)

Number 1 looks a lot better. Number two looks like rice for a truck.

Another thing to consider. Many aftermarket lights don't but out much light. They are mostly for looks. I tried a set on my 05 Silverado (and they looked good) but you couldn't see sh!t at night with them. Ran my high beams just to be able to drive. I ended up slapping them on Ebay and reinstalling the originals.

EDIT: Number one LOOKS like it would put out good light. Worth trying. Maybe go with some higher wattage bulbs.

Number 1. The second would just look weird without a colormatched bumper and grille IMO. I would also be pretty surprised if they didn't require some splicing. I know mine did.

Unless you must replace it, then #1.

I've always used silverstar's website for bulb guides.
