2006 Sierra Factory Stereo

I was hoping someone could give me some info, looking at changing my factory system out and notice there are 2 plugs on the back of the radio. I did a search and couldn't find anything on the second plug

There is no ONstar and it's not a Bose system.

From what I have been reading the one you can add aftermarket mod for your warning chimes, what is the other plug for and does any one have a wiring digram for them

That's a good question. I removed my factory from my 05' and had only one. Let me ask you, do you have a center console with radio in the back? If you do I'd say it probably hooks into that. Just taking a quess here.

If I'm understanding your question correctly, the second plug on the back of the stock head unit is for the 6 disc CD changer.

Interesting, it is plug into the back of the radio but there is no 6 disc CD changer

Go to this link http://www.tahoeforum.com/showthread.php?t=5606 look at C2. In your case it is for the rear speaker outputs.

Thanks geereed I have been searching all over and haven't been able to find an answer to what the

second plug is for, there doesn't seem to be an adapter for it.

I'm at a loss...lol...
