Nerf Bar Fitment?

We took the nerf bars off of a truck at work, because it didn't really need them anyway. It is a 2006 extended cab 1/2 ton.

Will they fit my 2007 NBS crew cab 1/2 ton? I haven't had the time lately to try and put them on, just wondering if anyone has any experience with swapping different model year nerf bars. The bars are DEE ZEE round chrome bars.

I helped my Dad install some Nasta bars on his 08 and I believe the instructions mentioned fitment was for 99 and up. These mounted to the cab mounts so going by that it seems the dimensions of the GMT 800 and 900s are the same in that regard.

Well that sounds encouraging, I tried to get the installation instructions from the DEE ZEE site, but that part of the site is down. Thanks for the info.

NO they will not fit. You said it was off an EXT CAB but you want to put them on a CREW CAB which has longer mounting points. The bars will be too short for the crew cab.

 

But if you were putting them on a ext cab then they would fit.
