I think that thing is way overpriced. This thing here, this will gain you 33% mileage, but only 20hp. But at $9, your $/hp gained is still lower. And that's what we're really looking for.

 

They also make those magnets that you put on your fuel line. You may want to check into those. Or paypal me $100 and I'll teach you the magic words to increase by 80%. You have to chant them 3 times in succession, but it's worth it.

Mileage isn't usually increased measurably by accessories... regardless of the claims of many manufacturers. That HHO system you posted is a hoax.
