Starting Issues

Having a bit of an issue lately, for the last few days, the truck has been acting up. When trying to start her in the morning, she turns, but doesn't start up. I turn the key, and it makes a "vrooom" sound, but doesn't seem like it's catching if that makes sense. It's like stepping on the gas in park, opening up the throttle and revving. It's only happened in the morning in the cold so far, seems like the issue goes away after she's warmed up, or when it's warmer in the afternoon. It does this once, then on the second try she starts right up. Does this sound like there may be a bad spot on the starter or ignition related? Or something else?
