Has anybody noticed a rust colored stain showing up where the weather strip comes together at the bottom on the two front door rocker plate of a 2008 tahoe with sun roof? Where does the sun roof drain?

No but that probably means your truck was transported by rail. Rail dust can be covered up to the first year or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first). Take it in and see if it can be covered.

I don't think it ever saw a rail car. It was made in Arlington Tx. and delivered to McKinnney Tx. only 50 miles away. Probably local transport.

I've seen it on my 04 Avalanche and my 08 Silverado. I think its just crappy metal in the weatherstripping.
