Nbs Window-mirror Switch Removal?

Hey guys, I'm switching to tow mirrors on my 2007 NBS 2500HD and before I break something, I'm trying to figure out how to remove the window -mirror controls to access the wires beneath to switch out the plug to the new mirrors. Just pry up on the switchplate? Press fit? I didn't totally remove the door panel so I can't see behind it. Thanks.
