Nintendo Wii Advice

If Wii sports still come with it that is a good game. Most games for the Wii are pretty simple that any kid can play them. There is Wii music where you use the controller as the instrument, he may find that fun. Also, I think that Rayman Raving Rabids might be another. But if you look at the games in the cases at the store you will see that most are kid games. You shouldn't have a problem finding a good one. I hope this helps you.

My one 12yr daughter loves to play at a friends house so we got her one for Christmas. Thought we got a great deal on line after looking around and then found an add in the Sunday paper for the same set up for $10 cheaper. :)

My wife wants the Wii and Wii Fit for Christmas. I looked on line and all the places I found were either out of stock or priced higher than you could get one at a local store. I got both at GameStop down the street for less than most on-line vendors were asking and they had plenty in stock.

Look on eBat (but don't buy there) they are going for $50-$100 more than you can buy them in local stores! There must be a shortage somewhere to be cause the gouging on-line, but there seem to be plenty available around here!

There are shortages. I can't find a single place that carries them locally, and when their truck comes in they are gone the same day. I've gotta get one for the old lady and I might have a hookup at Block Buster...he said come in Wednesday @ 1PM their truck arrives

For games, as with any Nintendo system can't go wrong with Super Mario or Mario Kart. Both games anyone of any age will enjoy.

My wife wanted a Wii Fit as well, I bought one off EBay for $110 with shipping..I was sick of looking everywhere and getting nothing.

As for good games your boy might like, we love Mart Kart. Also with the Wii you can go online and download older games that he might like as well.

That's what I was seeing as well, and over $300 for the Wii! I ended up getting it at GameStop for $249.00 for the Wii and $89.00 for the Wii Fit. We also picked up a second controler that was bundled with some games and the Yoga Mat. Between the games that come with it, the ones that come with the Fit and the ones bundled with the extra controller, I hope we're good for a long while!

Super Mario Galaxy and Mario Kart Wii would be great. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption and Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess would be good too, but they are rated Teen, so it's up to your discretion.

When I was at bestbuy the other day they had an entire pallet of PS3's sitting in the middle of the floor. No Wii's though...
