(not Truck Related But) Wife's Car Was Totaled

Hey guys.

 

This is not truck related but thought you may all want to see what a Malibu looks like after a 10 car pile up on I-75 in GA. 2 cars and one Truck hit her. She was heading up to see her family for her birthday when some real "Tool" cut her of trying to avoid and accident. She is ok but very bruised up and will be fine in a couple of weeks. But the guy that caused all this took off of course and has not been seen since. I have to say even though being over 4 grand in debt and no Christmas now since we did not have Gap insurance at least she is OK. And I now can say that the car did it job and kept her safe.

The car does look like it did a great job keeping the occupants safe. I have a question, did the air bag deploy?

 

My wife drives an 05 Malibu MAXX and it makes me feel good to see that your Malibu's passanger area stayed intact.

 

Sorry about the car being totaled though. I really like ours it gets kickass gas miliage and it's been trouble free. I hope you find the SOB that is costing you your car and could have hurt your wife.

We're all very glad she's OK,and I second what Jeff said.The car can be replaced,she can't.Hope she's not in too much pain...and has a smooth recovery

Yes, Both air Bags did deploy. And man are they expensive to replace. over $1500 for both was in the estimate.
