Since nobody else has done this i thought id take the initiative and start it now.

I love the tune so far. Got to drive it back from dallas to tulsa OK earlier today and got 22mpg avg and avg speed of 70. So i was happy about that. I was also very impressed at the new and improved throttle response im getting when i want to pass someone. Now I just blow right by and im not sitting there waiting for the engine to catch up to my foot!

Anyway i wasnt able to stay to meet anybody but Justin was great and so far sounds like everyone else had great luck!

Lets see some pics or vids from the event if anybody has any.

No videos yet, but I will post as soon as I get a chance to record some.

I love my truck though. I feel like a kid with a new toy. It makes a ton of torque, esp after 2000rpm. I decided to have him remove all the TM and make my right foot the TM.

Jeff (Vmax2007) are you still happy with that decision? I'm really pleased with how it shifts right now.

Right now, I can't wait to drive my truck again. I'm interested to see what happens to my mileage, but I have a feeling that won't be for a while. I will have to keep my foot out of it to get a accurate comparison.

Justin, It was great getting to talk with you. I thoroughly enjoyed it. :P

I'm happy with mine, but it's not completely done yet... I'll be glad to get it finished, the next time Justin is in town.

When we started on the TCM tuning, we found an issue with the shifting, which we both agreed the dealer should look it, before we do anything else to the transmission.

So, this video was shot with stock shift points, TM still active, and I'm not sure what all other "nannies." It should be stronger, after the tune is done and I get a few launches under my belt, to not have so much wheel spin. :P

I can't say enough about my tune. Working with Justin was awesome, and he was really able to help me with the truck. I said it in the original Dallas tune thread, but trying out WOT with Justin after he uploaded the tune I was able to hit 90 before shifting to 3rd. That's just nuts.

I've got some work on the truck that Justin found while getting his measurements (dirty MAF and some bad gas) before I'll fully realize the potential of the tune, but I can't wait.

Thanks a million Justin! It was great meeting you.

I had a dirty MAF, too. I cleaned it last night and he re-checked the readings and we went for another *ahem* "quick" run today.. All was well again. :P

I got mine done at 1pm today. It is a lot better now. We removed most the TM and changed up the shifting. It goes pretty quick. Only issue I have seen is on the way home my speedometer said I was doing 103 and my GPS said 108 and I have stock tires so maybe that will change when I get my bigger tires.

Other than that I love it.

I stopped by Saturday afternoon and met Justin and a few other members. You can count me in the next time he's in north Texas.

Thanks again Justin, great tune and it feels like I just bought a brand new truck. I disconnected the battery yesterday morning (sunday) so the truck would loose its adaptive settings and simply rely on the tune, it seems to have 'woken' up the truck a little more and now I cant keep my foot out of it...I shall see. As for fuel economy, I ran 350 miles in total while using up 16 gallons of fuel (almost 22MPG on the highway). I will drive it around for the next couple of weeks and see what I am getting and report back. I might head down to San Antonio or Temple to see what this truck will run in a 1/4 mile. If I do, then I will be sure to bring the video camera. Nice meeting everyone that I met in Fort Worth.

What MPG did you get on the way down before the tune?
