Slow Filling Fuel Tank

On my 2008 GMC Sierra my fuel tank just got really slow to fill. I know the problem is a blocked vent/evap line but my question is can it be relocated so this doesn't keep happening. I drive in deep snow all winter and gravel roads and farmers fields in the summer so this is going to keep happening unless its relocated. Also where is it, so I can temporarily unblock untill I can get to my local GM garage? Any help would be appreciated.

Try a different gas station, they may not be chaging their filters, drastically slows fuel flow.

My buddy just thawed out two trucks for the same reason...one truck required a funnel and took 20min to fill. Gm will relocate the vent line to a location under the hood...not sure if it is an official update or not but that is what they do in Manitoba.

Same here in AB.
