So, does anybody use the iPhone Dynolicious application?

I just bought the app and I am experimenting.

Dynolicious

I'd like to hear your experiences and specific setups, like drivetrain losses, measured horsepower etc..

Here is a

movie of a guy testing it in a Mini. Apparently it is pretty accurate.

Is that suposed to be crank hp or rear wheel hp?

seems high for either one.

That's what I am thinking too.

It should be rear wheel, but I don't think it is accurate (I wish it was :D )

You can put in a percentage for drivetrain loss. It is on zero now, but I will put in 20-25% to get the crank hp.

If it was accurate, it would be 400+ crank HP. Way too much for the mods I have.

As I said, I will have to do some more runs and see.

We had a college Co-op start at work last week, and I was assigned to be his mentor. He has an Ipod Touch and has a similar dyno software on it. I told him we WILL be going out to lunch soon and trying that thing out. :D

I heard about it, and looked at it, but didnt download it. For some reason I just didnt think it would work too well.
