-20 here today. My dash is lighting up. "Service Air Bag" Check Tire Pressure on all tires :wtf: Hope this crap goes away when it warms up.

it does..

my moms 07 Tahoe did that once..

just let it idle until it gets close to operating temp and it will go away. the tires are just really cold so its showing less than normal pressure but it will come back once you drive it..

MY truck's been doing the Check Tires light. But the pressure is a hair low. Which makes sense since pressure is temperature dependent. I you look at your TMPS, the pressure will go up after you drive the vehicle, especially long trips at high speeds.

Don't know about the air bag, sorry.

It would be so nice to own a new truck that doesn't have all this garbage on it. I sure don't need an airbag. I've had a passenger airbag for 32 years. I married her :D

Welcome to the club.

The service air bag is most likely related to the passenger seat pressure switch..... I dont have any idea what the cold has to do with it, but like clockwork when the temp is 0 or lower mine kicks off

The tires are probably just low cause of the cold air, once they warm up the pressure will come back up.

-30 actual air temp this morning not wind chill, that was -40 something. Good thing for global warming or it may have been really cold.

I think you need a bigger sig pic John, I can't quite make out what your truck looks like. :D

My 08 Sierra almost didn't start this morning. -20 at 5:30am.

I wish I started the morning... Plugging in didn't make much difference with -38, and -56 wind chill.. Battery must not be as good as it used to be.. It's started at -37 not plugged in.
