1997 N. Wilkesboro race on Speedvision

For anyone interested, the last Cup race held at North Wilkesboro Speedway is coming on Speedvision right now (10:00 am, EST). This the short track that was dropped for a race date at Texas and a second date at New Hampshire. Good racing at N. Wilkesboro.

Geez, I'm full of mistakes today. The race is from 1996, not 1997.

Thanks Tom..ESPN2 is kind of up the dial around here so I wouldnt have noticed it........life is good.....Saturday/NASCAR/GMTC/and No WIFE until tomorrow!!!!

She would kill me.

Tom: Was that Jeff Gordons wife standing next to him during the post race interview?? If it was its too bad shes not very nice looking...!

If it was the one he was kissin' on, then yes. I din't see all the post race interview, so I don't know if there were any other "trophy girls" there.

I didnt see any kissing but she looked more like the wife catagory than trophy...wasnt hanging all over or stuff and had a very contented smile with $$$ in her eyes...must have been his wife....you noticed that its a 10 hour tribute to him because its his birthday? right now its the 97 Goodys 500..

They should bring back N. Wilkesboro and dump Texas and only 1 at New Hampshire. All these new tracks look like Lowes Motor Speedway and sorry but just cant get into New Hampshire after what the owner told Junior Johnson when he asked to buy Wilkesboro to let trucks and others run there.
