Ok, so my wife thought she would be funny last night and pulled out one of our positive pregnancy test from when we found out about our daughter then she put on a very convincing show last night about being pregnant again. April Fools!

 

So, not being the type that likes to get even, but ahead I came up with a joke for her.

 

I set up a fake email account from one of my ex's that my wife can't stand. Then I sent an email to my account telling myself things like...it's been so good talking to you, I can't believe I just moved so close to you, I can't wait to see you, lets do lunch, etc. Then in the email I started talking directly to my wife, telling her that she just got fooled and that she needs to remember this next time she plays a prank on me.

 

I called her and told her that I needed her to check my email for me because our internet was down at work.

 

Needless to say, before she could even get the email open she was on the phone with me wanting to and her.

I once designed an eviction notice, filled it in and then posted it on the door of the place two of my good friends were living. They'd had some issues with their landlord previously so while unwarranted, it was conceivable. Well, I posted it early in the morning before they woke up (around 11:00 ) and then went about my business thinking they'd figure it was a joke... then I forgot about it... oops!

 

Needless to say, when we all met up at the bar later that evening they started telling me about how they were getting evicted and how they'd been trying to reach their landlord all day and had not been able to but had left him numerous shitty messages and such.

 

I almost fell in the floor laughing. It was so much funnier that way although I had A LOT of explaining to do.

We had a banquet for our customers last Tuesday night. One of our Loan Assistants is single, and there's a single customer that is always trying to talk to her.

 

We were giving away doorprizes, which included the flowers that were on the tables. This guy's name was drawn for one of the flowers, and he gave them to her in front of all 100+ people that were there.

 

We've been giving her heck about it ever since.

 

This morning, we all went to the funeral of our other Loan Assistant's grandmother, and the regional lady that held down the fort while we were gone brought some flowers and put the guy's name on them.

 

She's convinced that we gave them to her, but we can honestly say that we didn't do it! Because technically.. we didn't!

 

She is quite ticked right now.. but in reality I think she's just worried they really are from him!

 

I only see this situation getting better as the day goes on!

 

Last year they had one of the Loan Assistants arrested as a joke on April Fool's Day.. so it is apparently a big deal around here!

This happened to my wife:

 

At work yesterday the secretary left a note that said call Mr Behr and gave a phone number. So she calls the number. After going through the many prompts and saying Mr. Behr into the electronic voice recongnition system she found out she called the Indianapolis Zoo. haha I guess she was asking for Mr Grizzley Behr?
