Build Sheet Request

First thank you in advance. I've been looking all over the net to find a place to get this information. I noticed

that MS3Dale helped a couple people out so I thought I'd see if he or anyone else can help. I found online where

to figure out what the option codes are for my truck, now I just need to know what they are.

I know it's a 99 Suburban, 2500, 4 x 4 with a 7.4 liter (L29) engine, the GVWR is 8000-9000, and it was

built in Janesville. What else can you tell me?

Thanks again !!!!!

Most of the information should be on the SPID label in the glovebox... (Service Parts ID Sticker)

I looked there but no luck. Not sure if someone removed it over the years. It has had a couple

owners but is still in good shape spending it's entire life in the Portland OR area.

Thanks for your information.

Folks, realize that you probably aren't going to get help posting VINs on here. GM contacted the owners of this forum some time back and asked that they discontinue posting build sheets and most (if not all) TSBs for copyright and other reasons.

If you need information about a vehicle, the best bet is to go to a GM dealer with the VIN and see if anyone there will print you off a copy of the dealerworld/GMVIS sheet for the vehicle. You can also get a copy of the vehicle's service history (under warranty or at GM dealers) from them.

Did not know that...thanks very much. Just trying to get that info before I go in. Nothing more frustrating than asking what axle a vehicle has, or if the tow pkg is installed and getting a wishy-washy answer.
