Could anyone please inform me on how to take the door panels off with out messing them up?

My old trick is to go to the wrecking yard and remove a door panel from the same type vehicle - which I usually mess up the first time. Then I can see what is inside and can then remove my door panel without damaging anything.

Also sometimes there are hidden screws or certain tricks to removing things like window levers. Reading the factory service manual will help with those things.

I have a car where to remove the window lever (manual window), the factory service manual says to use a shop rag and run it back and forth between the door panel and lever while pressing down. Then this catches on and removes a clip. And that is exactly what you need to do to remove that clip!
