Gearing Question On 08 Silverado Z71 4x4

I know I've seen threads on this at some point but I can't seem to find them.

 

I know there is some code in the glove box but I don't know what I'm looking for and what it means.

In your glovebox is a sticker with a whole list of RPO codes on it. Should be a G?? for your ratio and probably an M?? for your actual tranny. Something along those lines.

 

Then at the above site, just look to the left and click on the G's and M's to decipher.

GU-5=3:23

GU-6=3:42

GT-4=3:73

GT-5=4:10

G80=locker
