New Cluster

Ok I have an 04 silverado Z71 that I just replaced the stepper motors on but when I did I screwed up the circuit board so now I am needing a new cluster but my question is if there is an improved design that is not going to fail again? Do the 06 clusters have an improved design? Pretty mad that i screwed it up so trying to get some answers any help is appreciated

I think the stepper motors is why they had so many fail. There are several people advertising on eBay about repairing these clusters at a decent price....at least one of them offers a lifetime warranty. You might check w/ them about getting the part you need since you've already replaced the stepper motors.

yes I am aware of that I bought the replacement motors on ebay and while replacing them that is when i screwed the circuit board up but I will check into seeing if they can fix the area i screwed up
