Yep, it starts in 10 mins.

Set your DVR to CNBC.

Ford is bleeding at twice the rate. Dodge likely has no future... but PMSNBC will do a story about the evil General. Typical. :D

Did you watch it? It wasn't negative.

Hell, even a Consumer Reports guy they interviewed admitted that GM's current products are every bit as good as Toyota and Honda's (and better in many ways). And CR has been up ToyHonduh's ass for years.

Still watching it and it does actually look good so far. They're just looking at GM's past and future, (ie. bad and good); but yeah, overall it is fairly neutral. Just saw footage of Dale Jr testing the new Camaro prototype, still in camo. Good stuff.

No kidding. I was surprised to see CR actually testing the cars they review. Throwing that crossover all over the place and taking the CTS sideways around the track. They should have a TV show. :D

Ford has cash on hand; GM does not.

I agree with the comments about CR. However, the "big 3" need to change their attitude and not have so much contempt for the customer.

Here are some video clip highlights from the show.

It's still crazy how those folks on the assembly line were getting paid $28/hr. Only to get paid MORE $$$ to leave so they can hire people for what they should be getting paid, $14/hr. Lots of good stuff though, check it out.

EDIT: They're airing it again tonight at midnight/CST. You know... if you're up or have a DVR.

Oh crap I totally forgot about this. I am very interested in GM's condition because for one my Grandpa gets a pension from GM for being an executive at Buick for many years, and also my uncle currently works for GM. Also my mom worked for GM for some years, and so I have a total GM family, everybody drives GM vehicles. Except my step-dad and his Jaguar lol.

Sorry dude, but that was $28/hr to start. No wonder cars cost so damn much.

$28 an hour. That's damn good money. I once made $500. for about 7 hrs of work one day doing repairs on a golf course club house. I wish that would happen everyday. :D

I didn't know Buick's were so big over in China

I liked the dude that was buying the Aveo over there and didn't even have a drivers license :fume: And he was 36 :D

Didn't see the show, but sounded informative. Jeff, you are so correct on the CR statement and also believe their perception is changing towards domestic brands. They gave the new Malibu rave reviews in fact.

I know that feeling. My company bills me out at $150/hr, but do you think I get to see any of that, hell no.
