There must be a reason why there is no 'official' public info about the 2021's yet, It's past the usual production change-over date. The 2021 full size suv's have gm website info and are showing up at dealers. The 2021 canyon/colorado info is on the gm websites. There are few (2020) 1500 pickups at dealers. If 2020's were still being built, they'd still be showing up. Dealers in this area are very short on supply. I think the 2021's are embargoed, and info about them is embargoed, and journalist reviews about them are embargoed -- so that they can have pickups (multiple trims, multiple powertrains, multiple cab/box versions) positioned for all 5000+/- dealers in N.A. to have vehicles to show soon after the info is released. There are lots of grades of stainless these days.... On the 1500's GM calls it " Exhaust, aluminized stainless-steel muffler and tailpipe" (don't recall seeing a description for the HD's)

Some of the single wheel trucks you see will be 3500'd -- which gives them a little higher rating. A bigger improvement in ratings comes with the dual rear wheel configuration.

It's not listed as available on 20 or 21 2500's It's still available for 1500's in 2021. Might have to settle for Quicksilver Metallic

2016 manual only shows 98L / 26 gallon for 1500's. Aftermarket doesn't seem to do gasoline tanks. Digit 8 of the VIN is the engine code. Top pic is a D - L84 5.3L 2nd pic is a T - LM2 3.0L The L87 6.2L would be L Fwiw, first digit is country of manufacture. 1 = US 3 = Mex

I wonder if some of the truck/windows have glass that is mounted to the mechanism slightly out of place resulting in an increased chance of the glass binding in the track.

I'm surprised the dealer isn't doing inspection on arrival. Advisors where I go inspect every one on their own. Prevents them getting blamed for something that it arrived with, and gives then a chance to check tires/wipers and possibly upsell. I've never noticed them inspecting them on the way out. That's still a 'do it yourself' at that location.

'Here', recently, diesel is cheaper than regular. And a lot cheaper than premium. Diesel about 8 or 10% less than regular. Premium about 25 - 30% more than regular. Often, until the last few months, diesel has been about 10% more than regular -- so still quite a bit less than premium.

2011 they switched to 36 gallon tank for 25/3500. 2010 was 26 gallon for standard bed and 34 gallon for long bed. 2011 was also all the new chassis/frame/brakes/front axle and LML with DEF. 1500 series are different and chassis cab is different

Are you losing all ACC power or just some? Does the ACC power work in ACC position? Once key is moved to LOCK/OFF it's in retained accessory power mode (RAP). This mode supplies up to 10 minute power for . Audio System . Power Windows . OnStar® System (if equipped) . Sunroof (if equipped) Radio shuts off if drivers door opened, windows and sunroof if any door is opened. If it's a typo and the truck is a '19 then there a slightly longer list of stuff that should stay on under RAP.

Manual has 2 procedures. One for 'with' transmitters and one for 'without' transmitters. The 'without transmitters' procedure will not work in Canada. IIRC, on the previous gen trucks it was necessary to visit dealer for FOB programming -- but the owners manual had the procedure to program new/more keys.

Sure you can. That is/was the 'traditional' way to do it. Everything aftermarket. Puck system is a relatively new thing. It is supposed to make it simpler way to end up with the hitch structurally connected to the frame rails, and make it so there aren't hitch adapter/mounting rails in bed when 5th wheel hitch is removed. Provides common method for any hitch manufacturers to attach securely to truck.
