2006 Sierra 5.3 Misfire Cylinder 2

My sierra reached 100,000 miles...like a dummy I changed the plugs and only changed the 4 wires that I broke....well a couple weeks later I have a check engine light..I brought it by autozone and they said it was a misfire on cylinder 2..I got back under the hood and swapped out the 4 wires that I neglected the first time...how do I clear the code??

Unplug the battary. That should do it.
