Seat Covers Oem?

Looking at getting these to replace my cigarette burned cloth seats. Do these look factory/OEM? Do these look like they replace or go over and cover the factory seat fabric like a Wal-Mart cover?

 

At dealer these replacement parts are 1K. This place wants 200.

 

Comments? Anyone buy a set like this from ebay?

Just by looking at the picture, they look like an OEM cover. The price makes me wonder what is going on though.

Looks like original take-off upholstery. They're not "covers", but actual (used) OEM fabric. A common source is folks having leather installed, but I'd ask.
