Sure there are but this place seems to have the most information without the personal opinions that the others have. And don't get offended it’s a joke, have you ever gone to a boss and asked him if he knew of any good jobs out there?

before i got my truck was was a Jeep/4x4 guy and there was about 4-5 different forums all with different useful info, just thought it might be the same for gm trucks?

There are others, but I find here to have the best knowledge.

They're the three big hitters. See where you feel the most comfortable. There's also no problem with being a member of all 3... each has their own personality

if you mean because I used to own a Jeep, my Jeep got hit n run and was written off, and i require a truck for work so i got the next best brand name out there GM.

I had no idea that this is the best one out there, as I said with jeeps there was 1 main one, and 4 other good ones...i guess in the GM truck world this is the main one and the other 2 are good ones.

I have been a member here since 2002. I am also a member of the other 3 forums mentioned. Over the years I found that the other forums are beneficial when I am searching for specific information related to a repair or upgrade project I am involved in. The more info the better!

 

However, GM-Trucks.com has become my "Home-Forum". I have found that the Administration, Moderators, and core members here are by far the best to interact with!

gmfullsize.com is by far the best place for knowledge if you're interested in the lifted/off-road scene. They have tons of info about other things too, but there seems to be the most about lifted GM's. But for every informative post you get, you'll get a few useless ones.

 

dieselplace.com is another good one for some useful tidbits and reviews about these trucks.

 

That being said, this site is where I call home. It's got by far the best spread of information with the best assortment of people. I feel weird on other truck forums.
