Dic Buttons Do Not Work

I have a 2003 1500HD Silverado with the DIC options istalled. The panel and display are working, but the buttons on the steering wheel do not change the display. I have replaced the buttons, but no change.

 

Any suggestions on where to look next?

For Everyone's info -- I took the truck to a dealer and a reprogram of the IPC fixed the problem. Appears someone replaced the IPC befor I bought the truck and failed to load the right options in.
