Nnbs Gmc Sierra Sclb Flares?

I was wondering if anyone had pics of a Nnbs 1500 Sierra SCLB with flares on it? Mine is a 2wd so that would be nice, but not really necessary.....

Also any info on what you got, and where you got it would be great.

Whats a NNBS that you speak of?

SCLB? You mean RCLB (reg cab long bed)?

I think he means extended cab long bed. A former Ford owner perhaps, as Ford calls their extended cabs "super cabs".

Looking at the pics on his profile, it's a regular cab long bed.

And he evidently still hasn't learned to say GMT-900 instead of the ridiculous "NNBS" (who came up with that s#!t anyway?!)

I don't know, I always thought the NBS was the GMT-900. And the GMT-800 were the OBS.

That makes sense to me. No idea who came up with "N"NBS?!

That's funny, I guess they wanted to say Newer New Body Style.

My understanding was this:

OBS = GMT-400

NBS = GMT-800

NNBS ("New" New Body Style) = GMT-900

I just fail to understand why it's so hard to simply remember GMT400, 800, and 900 and what years correspond. You still have to know the years to use the "-BS" nomenclature (which is a bunch of BS.... just use the official GM Terms!)

I am only going by the "lingo" provided by the forum.

http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=74539

OOBS – Old Old Body Style - 73-87

OBS - Old Body Style - 88-98

NBS – New Body Style – 99-07

NNBS – New New Body style – 07+

CC - Crew Cab

CCLB - Crew Cab Long Bed

CCSB - Crew Cab Short Bed

CCSSB - Crew Cab Short Short Bed (5'8" bed)

ECSB – Extended Cab Short Bed

ECFS - Extended Cab Fleet Side

ECSB - Extended Cab Short Bed

ECLB - Extended Cab Long Bed

ECSS - Extended Cab Step Side

RCLB - Regular Cab Long Box

RCSB - Regular Cab Short Box

SCLB - Standard Cab Long Bed

SCSB - Standard Cab Short Bed

SCSS - Single Cab Step Side

STFS - Standard Cab Fleet Side

SO, no I don't mean extended cab, or crew cab....

Motion to remove those acronyms from the list and force people to learn what a GMT400/800/900 is!

Perhaps SCLB means cab and chassis, no box? RCLB means a standard type pick up with a long box.

What the hell does it matter? You already know what he means anyhow so why make such a big deal about. Just tell the guy the right way to explain it and go on your marry way without bashing his balls. Holy Shit!
