2001 2500hd 6litre , does or does not have passlock? installing remote start

Yes it does, I have one on mine. You will need to find the resistance of the magnets in your ign. switch when you turn it. Then find some resistors, and put them in series or parallel to simulate the key always being turned when you remote start it. And that will bypass her.
