Nerf Bars

Installed nerf bars on my 2010 silverado, guess I broke the nuts loose on center left & front right, they just turn & won't come out. Any advice on how to get them out?

Got room to hold a backup wrench? I can't remember if the nut is welded from the inside or not. Check the inside of the frame for an access hole. You may have to cut the head of the bolt, then deal with the stud/nut that's left.
